Last night I let myself indulge a little. I bought some Popeyes chicken and had dinner with my roommates. The oil, the cripsy skin, the juicy meat ... oh sooo sooo good! I was able to hold off and only eat 3 pieces but I'm sure it already did enough damage to my arteries and diet.
Breakfast ~ Banana
7:00 AM Boot Camp
Breakfast #2 ~ Almonds + Whey Protein Shake
Lunch ~ Salad greens + Shredded Salmon + Almonds + Poppy Seed Dressing
Snack ~ Apple
Dinner ~ 3 pieces of Popeyes Chicken (1 drumstick + 2 thighs), Mash Potato, Corn, 2 big scoops of Ice Cream (Haagan Daaz)!

Fast and Menu Update!
Health and Weight Update - Looking back till last Tuesday when I got rear-ended by the guy coming off Seaport Blvd. I thought the whiplash would totally ruin my plans to hit 174 before I head to Hong Kong. But it was once again another blessing from God! Yes the whiplash was definately no fun, but it showed me how important health is a blessing is to our lives but we really take it for granted!
With KettleBell and BootCamp classes 4 out of 7 days, I think my body has shed that extra weight I had picked up from Montreal. Now I just need to continue and shed off that final weight from X'mas and Thanksgiving.
The inactivity in Montreal and eating out all the time had caused me to experience pain in my heart area and other parts of my body. Thank you God for slowly rebuidling the body that I poorly abused :(
Update on Manna 3 week fast - I've been going strong with not using internet at home for 1 week now. It's been challenging where I can't skype to call my family (I think i'll have to break that soon since my parents keep calling me and can't find me since I have my cell on Silence most of the time). I find the weekends the hardest where I have alot of home time and want to just hop onto my PC. But God has somehow made me actually have the patience to just sit down almost every night and read the bible when in the past I would have been chatting online with girls or just watching online tv! So I fully see how I was choosing to put God pretty low on the totem pole.

Weight and Fat Going Up! Health Going Down!
Hey Guys,
Hmm I'm starting to feel my health decline! I'm starting to just feel sluggish and starting to see inability to exercise for a long time. I did the elliptical for 25 minutes on Wednesday morning in the Montreal Apartment's gym. I blamed the lack of breath and energy due to the stifling conditions (was in the pool area where it was hot and muggy). Then today I tried doing the elliptical at home and I was just short of breath and felt very heavy and sluggish. I kept on telling myself oh you're okay cause you exercise at work so you're fine to eat whatever but it's really catching up to me now! Especially with me eating out and unable to have a decent gym to work out at :( my heart and body is taking a pounding! Ugh ... sad thing is i dont know how I can keep myself from refraining overeating in calories a day. I am justifying to myself that today is different cause I'm back in Toronto for good food so it's okay ... but just look at what I ate today
