Hey Guys,
Hmm I'm starting to feel my health decline! I'm starting to just feel sluggish and starting to see inability to exercise for a long time. I did the elliptical for 25 minutes on Wednesday morning in the Montreal Apartment's gym. I blamed the lack of breath and energy due to the stifling conditions (was in the pool area where it was hot and muggy). Then today I tried doing the elliptical at home and I was just short of breath and felt very heavy and sluggish. I kept on telling myself oh you're okay cause you exercise at work so you're fine to eat whatever but it's really catching up to me now! Especially with me eating out and unable to have a decent gym to work out at :( my heart and body is taking a pounding! Ugh ... sad thing is i dont know how I can keep myself from refraining overeating in calories a day. I am justifying to myself that today is different cause I'm back in Toronto for good food so it's okay ... but just look at what I ate today

Sunday [Mar 16, 2009]
Breakfast [6:45 AM – at SFO airport]
2 over easy eggs, Ham, Hashbrowns, 1 bottle of Lipton all natural lemon tea (no sugar), 2 pieces of wheat toast - there was alot of grease at the bottom of the box :(
Lunch [11:00 ish – at O’Hara airport]
Chillies– Buffalo Chicken Salad ~ according to Jo was 900 Calories. AHHH! I tried to cut off the bread crust after she told me that.
Snack – Unsalted Almonds & glass of OJ
Dinner – [Team Dinner in Montrael]
The Keg – Filet Mignon with Double baked potato (mash potato in a baked potato I think it was) and veggies , Bread and Butter, 1 pint of Rickards Red beer, PLUS 1 huge slice of mocha ice cream cake.
I was so scared that the rest of the trip would be like this that I decided I need to try to eat no burgers, as little fries as possible and no big meals even though it’s getting paid for
